In this course, you will learn easy-to-follow techniques that focus on breath awareness, gentle mindfulness, and stress reduction. We begin with the cornerstone of meditation—the breath—and gradually introduce practices that help calm the mind, relax the body, and cultivate presence in everyday life. Whether you’re completely new to meditation or looking to re-establish a consistent practice, this course provides the tools, guidance, and community to help you build a sustainable and rewarding routine.
Each live session includes guided meditation, practical instruction, time for reflection, and optional group sharing in a non-judgmental space. No prior experience is required—just an open mind and a willingness to explore.
